The Certified Master Coach (CMC) training programme is designed to elevate coaches to coach at the mastery level. Participants will learn and master the art & science of SHIFT Coaching. Graduates will be awarded the credential "Certified Master Coach" and will meet the coach specific training hours needed for the ICF PCC credentialing process through the ACTP path.


The program is divided into 2 phases for each intake:

  • Phase 1:  3 days – Facilitated Classroom Training
  • Phase 2:  3 days – Facilitated Classroom Training


  • Existing coaches targeting to be certified at the ICF PCC level
  • Coaches who needs re-certification hours for ACC, PCC, MCC
  • Internal coaches from organizations who wants to develop expert coaching competencies

Participants must have completed 60 hours of coach-specific training from ICF approved providers or equivalent to enrol in this program. If you do not have 60 hours of coach training yet, the Certified Master Performance Coach programme will provide you with the required hours.

Coach-Specific Training Hours

  • Certified Master Performance Coach - CMPC    60 hours

The CMC programme by JMC Coach Mastery (ICF accredited training) will be led by MCC coach Wai K. Leong.

The following are the requirements to become an ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) through the ACTP path.

  • Completion of an entire ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) ie. CMPC + CMC programme.
  • A minimum of 500 hours (450 paid) of coaching experience with at least 25 clients following the start of your coach-specific training. At least 50 of these hours must occur within the 18 months prior to submitting the application for the credential.
  • Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA).
  • ICF PCC Application Fee.
