WSQ Courses Singapore
The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) is a national credential system that trains, develops, assesses and certifies skills and competencies for individuals and employees. Training programmes developed under the WSQ system are based on skills and competencies validated by employers, unions and professional bodies. SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) provides funding for these courses in Singapore for individuals as well as for SME and non-SME companies. Leadership and People Management
Our WSQ program are aligned to SkillsFuture Leadership and People Management (LPM) framework. The LPM framework is designed to benchmark corporate leadership capabilities and provide a leadership development roadmap for business leaders.
It enables leaders and managers to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and practices through structured and peer learning. It also allows them to gain formal recognition of their competencies through modularised competency training programmes.
